We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for standard events. For large installations, weddings, or peak-season dates (holidays, school graduations), 8–12 weeks gives us the best runway to source materials and finalize your design.
Yes — subject to availability. Last-minute and same-day bookings carry a priority fee, but we do our best to accommodate. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response when time is short.
We're based locally and serve the surrounding metro area within a 60-mile radius. Travel beyond that radius is available with a transport fee — reach out and we'll confirm coverage for your location.
Setup and teardown are included in all full-service packages. For rental-only bookings, items are collected the following day at a pre-agreed time. We'll leave the venue exactly as we found it — often cleaner.
Absolutely — customisation is our speciality. Every event is designed from scratch around your preferences. We'll share a mood board before any materials are sourced, and revisions are welcomed until you love it.
A 40% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash. All pricing is transparent and itemised in your quote.
