We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). For urgent requests, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Absolutely. Our initial consultation — whether via video call, phone, or WhatsApp — is completely free. We'll discuss your vision, style references, date, and budget. There's no obligation to book.
Yes! We serve the greater metro area within 60 miles without a travel fee. For destinations beyond that, we charge a transport fee based on distance. We've styled events as far as 200 miles away.
We understand that plans change. Reschedules made 14+ days before your event date incur no fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Full details are in our booking agreement, shared before any payment is taken.
